Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day field operations across multiple projects.
• Expand and maintain a robust bench of subcontractors.
• Lead communication with Spanish‑speaking sellers and coordinate acquisition activities.
• Collaborate with ownership, exercising independent judgment within defined authority limits.
• Support the company’s strategic growth into new construction (2026) and a multi‑year rental portfolio build‑out.

• Senior‑level operations professional with several years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision after onboarding.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, high‑performing team environment.
