About the role

The Clinic Office Representative works in the Central Clinic for Women, providing essential front‑desk support to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service during regular daytime hours.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify their information, and complete check‑in procedures.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain and file patient records accurately.
• Process patient check‑out, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by clinic management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinic or medical office is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to type at a minimum speed of 35‑40 words per minute.

Required skills

• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
