Systems Engineer – Computer Enhanced

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to lead end‑to‑end development of customer features for Bosch’s automotive solutions in Guadalajara. The role involves coordinating feature teams, acting as the single point of contact with customers, and ensuring timely delivery of projects such as Vehicle Communication Gateways.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of feature development from requirement analysis to delivery.
• Communicate with customers to capture, analyse and confirm functional requirements.
• Develop system models and component designs.
• Plan, assign and track tasks for the feature team.
• Report progress and manage configuration, baselines, changes and defects.
• Collaborate with local and offshore system test teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of system engineering experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in component or software block interaction.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ASPICE.
