Account Manager – Contract Logistics

About the role

The Account Manager – Contract Logistics will be the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring operational excellence and long‑term partnership growth within CJ Logistics' contract logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with assigned customers to guarantee satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and support teams to meet KPIs and contractual commitments.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and lead regular business reviews with clients.
• Handle issue resolution and escalation to maintain continuous service.
• Identify and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and service quality.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive retention, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Support pricing reviews, contract renewals and negotiations.
• Act as the “voice of the customer” within the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, operations or customer service within warehousing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset and capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
