Account Manager – Food Color & Ingredient Industry

About the role

ROHA, a global leader in colors and food ingredients, is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of its food colour and ingredient portfolio in Guadalajara. The role reports to the Sales Director and focuses on strategic growth within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategic sales targets and achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Develop and execute a business plan to expand ROHA’s presence in the assigned territory.
• Identify and qualify new prospects, building a pipeline of potential customers.
• Manage and grow key accounts, including direct customers and broker/distributor relationships.
• Coordinate operational issues with the assigned customer‑care representative.
• Deliver sales presentations to direct accounts and partner networks.
• Collect competitive intelligence and market data to inform strategy.
• Organise and represent ROHA at trade shows, presentations and other marketing events within the territory.
• Uphold ROHA’s culture, core values and brand image with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional experience in the food colour or ingredient industry.
• Based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Available to work a standard five‑day week.
• Ability to report directly to the Sales Director.
