Account Manager

About the role

CoinFlip is seeking an Account Manager to own day‑to‑day communication and relationship management for a portfolio of existing customers. You will act as the trusted advisor, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through renewals and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts via phone, email, chat, and meetings.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand each account’s goals and challenges.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, account reviews, and performance updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs in the CRM and internal systems.
• Identify churn risk early, develop mitigation plans, and own the retention strategy.
• Manage end‑to‑end contract renewals, including timelines, pricing discussions, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead renegotiations in partnership with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate internal support teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or client success, preferably in a fast‑growing technology or fintech environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess account health and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiation experience and comfort managing contract renewals.
• Ability to work collaboratively across legal, finance, compliance, and sales teams.
