Account Manager – Marketplace Operations (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Account Manager to lead seller operations on the SHEIN Mexico marketplace. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating seller growth, optimizing store performance, and ensuring operational excellence across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end seller and store operations to boost GMV, launch new products, and improve inventory sell‑through.
• Advise sellers on listing optimization, pricing, campaign participation, and performance enhancement.
• Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, return rate, fulfillment efficiency, and stock levels, turning insights into actionable plans.
• Resolve operational issues, after‑sales disputes, and compliance risks to uphold platform standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, category, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution and localization for the Mexican market.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to deliver data‑backed recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑commerce, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketplace operations, campaign management, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Good understanding of the Mexican e‑commerce landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
