Account Manager – Pharmacy Channel (Mexico)

About the role

The Account Manager – Pharmacy Channel Mexico will drive Kids2’s growth within the pharmacy market, managing relationships, sales volume, and profitability. You will act as the primary contact for pharmacy customers and collaborate across functions to deliver strategic plans and promotional tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profitable sales and market share growth in line with the sales plan.
• Define and execute the growth strategy for the pharmacy channel, including revenue, margin, and distribution targets.
• Identify new business opportunities such as new customers, formats, and categories.
• Build and manage annual Joint Business Plans with key pharmacy accounts, setting targets, initiatives, resources, and KPIs.
• Maintain price, portfolio, and positioning consistency within the broader omnichannel strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and retailer initiatives to inform account decisions.
• Collaborate with global peers to share best practices and improve supply‑chain efficiency.
• Lead forecasting, sales analysis, and profitability monitoring.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of agreed metrics and terms.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing market and shopper insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales within the pharmacy or consumer‑goods sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure contract terms.
• Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital and analytics tools (including AI‑enabled platforms) for forecasting and segmentation.
