AI Native Front-End Engineer (React & TypeScript)

About the role

Join a global AI‑first consultancy to own the user experience and front‑end architecture of enterprise‑grade products. You will work with React, TypeScript and modern tooling to deliver accessible, high‑performance interfaces while collaborating with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement modern, accessible UI components using React, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Define scalable front‑end architecture, design systems, linting/formatting standards and testing strategies.
• Integrate authentication/authorization flows with IdentityServer, OAuth2 and JWT.
• Consume REST APIs, manage complex state with Redux, Zustand or React Context, and ensure robust error handling.
• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, SSR/SSG) and enforce front‑end security best practices (CSP, token handling, Docker/nginx deployment).

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional React development experience.
• Strong command of TypeScript, component design, hooks and performance‑focused architecture.
• Proven expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, Context) and responsive, accessible UI engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger and secure authentication flows.
• Professional English communication for global collaboration.
