About the role

The Audit Analyst will support daily operations by preparing reports, compiling data from multiple sources, and managing small‑scale projects. This permanent position is part of UPS’s administrative team and handles confidential information on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format reports using various software tools.
• Collect, organize, and verify data from internal and external sources.
• Perform document auditing and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Execute general office duties such as word processing, data entry, and mail distribution.
• Answer phone calls, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle confidential material with discretion.
