Art Director

About the role

We are seeking an Art Director based in Mexico to shape bold, high‑impact creative work for fast‑moving restaurant and retail clients. This remote‑friendly role combines conceptual thinking with hands‑on design execution, guiding projects from ideation to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strong creative concepts across branding, campaigns, social media and multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into visual directions, sketches, storyboards and polished outputs.
• Lead projects from concept development through final execution, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, writers and strategists to refine ideas and push creative boundaries.
• Stay current on cultural trends, advertising practices and platform‑specific requirements.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and elevate overall creative output.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies or brand‑focused design environments.
• Strong conceptual thinking and advanced visual design skills with a polished portfolio.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a distributed, remote‑friendly environment.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Comfortable using AI tools to support ideation, refinement and production workflows.
