Associate Director, LATAM Supply Chain

About the role

The Associate Director, LATAM Supply Chain will lead end‑to‑end supply chain performance across Latin America and Mexico for a global beauty company. Reporting to the SVP, Supply Chain Americas, this senior leader will ensure service, cost, inventory, and cash objectives align with regional strategy and Americas priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end supply chain performance for LATAM & Mexico, including service level, inventory health, cost, and cash.
• Provide visibility of risks, opportunities, and trade‑offs to regional and Americas leadership.
• Ensure robust demand and supply planning processes aligned with Americas and Global S&OP governance.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment between Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver the business plan.
• Lead regional reviews on forecast accuracy, supply constraints, inventory exposure, and mitigation actions.
• Represent the full supply chain agenda locally across planning, customer service, logistics, and regulatory activities.
• Develop and lead multi‑country teams, fostering strong governance, standardized processes, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Senior supply chain executive with experience leading multi‑country teams.
• Proven ability to balance strategic direction with hands‑on execution in dynamic environments.
• Strong collaboration skills to build trust across countries, functions, and organizational levels.
• Experience in planning, S&OP, customer service, logistics, and regulatory activities within complex markets.
