Bilingual PathwayConnect Instructor

About the role

The PathwayConnect Bilingual Instructor supports BYU-Pathway Worldwide students through online instruction. The role focuses on helping Spanish‑speaking learners succeed academically while upholding the Church Education System (CES) Honor Code.

Key responsibilities

• Identify trends that hinder student academic success.
• Conduct targeted outreach and provide instruction to specific groups or individuals.
• Build confident, capable learners who can succeed in both academic and life contexts.
• Collaborate with central grading teams; do not develop lessons, assessments, or issue grades.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Currently residing in and authorized to work in Argentina, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, or Spain.
• Commitment to the CES Honor Code and professional dress and grooming standards.
