About the role
The PathwayConnect Bilingual Instructor supports BYU-Pathway Worldwide students through online instruction. The role focuses on helping Spanish‑speaking learners succeed academically while upholding the Church Education System (CES) Honor Code.
Key responsibilities
- Identify trends that hinder student academic success.
- Conduct targeted outreach and provide instruction to specific groups or individuals.
- Build confident, capable learners who can succeed in both academic and life contexts.
- Collaborate with central grading teams; do not develop lessons, assessments, or issue grades.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Currently residing in and authorized to work in Argentina, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, or Spain.
- Commitment to the CES Honor Code and professional dress and grooming standards.
