BIM Architect – Industrial Facilities

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Architect specialized in industrial facilities to lead the design and execution of complex manufacturing projects. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality Revit models, construction documentation, and ensuring compliance with U.S. building codes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from schematic through construction administration, producing plans, sections, details and schedules.
• Prepare and review code summaries, life‑safety plans and ensure compliance with IBC, NFPA, OSHA and other U.S. regulations.
• Produce and manage BIM deliverables using Autodesk Revit and coordinate models with ACC/BIM 360, Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and process engineering teams, participate in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Communicate progress and priorities with project leadership and clients.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Demonstrated experience on U.S.–based projects and familiarity with U.S. building codes.
• Hands‑on multidisciplinary coordination experience, not just oversight.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of IBC, NFPA, OSHA and other U.S. code requirements.
• Experience creating code summaries, life‑safety plans and construction documentation.
