Brand & Visual Designer (Remote)

About the role

The Producer Roaster Forum (PRF) is looking for a creative Brand & Visual Designer to shape the visual identities of its international coffee‑industry events. This is a permanent, full‑time, fully remote position within a diverse, remote‑first team spanning Central and South America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital designs that support marketing and strategic goals for PRF and its Global Coffee Awards.
• Create new graphics in line with existing brand guidelines and refresh visual identities for each event.
• Design assets for social media, websites, newsletters, print, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams via regular calls and meetings.
• Adapt and improve existing assets for multiple platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistent visual elements across all materials while ensuring brand compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Sketch or similar tools.
• Experience using Figma or comparable design platforms.
• Bilingual Spanish/English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and contribute to team brainstorming.
