Business Development Manager – Automotive Plastics

About the role

KI Industries is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the automotive plastics market. You will be responsible for creating a new pipeline, opening strategic accounts, and converting prospects into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers within the automotive plastics industry.
• Generate and close new business aligned with company capabilities.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth.
• Build relationships with key decision‑makers (procurement, operations, leadership).
• Lead negotiations and create tailored commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure technical feasibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of closing deals and generating new accounts.
• Highly proactive, autonomous, and results‑oriented.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
