Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will champion our office‑furniture brand across Mexico, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants. You will act as the primary liaison between the brand and key decision‑makers, driving market share and visibility through strategic outreach and compelling presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the office‑furniture brand to architects, interior designers, and project consultants, establishing lasting relationships with decision‑makers and strategic clients.
• Support dealer partners in winning major projects by conducting market research, identifying design trends, and increasing market share.
• Represent the brand on LinkedIn and Instagram, delivering tailored product presentations.
• Maintain customer records and sales tracking using Excel and CRM tools; prepare client presentations and proposals with PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
• Travel regularly within the region for meetings, industry events, and site visits; report sales pipelines and market feedback to the Regional Manager.
• Increase brand visibility by participating in industry events, trade shows, and design exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Mexico's architecture and design sector with an established professional network.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and client‑focused attitude.
• Valid Mexican driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
