Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Specialist to lead the acquisition of high‑value VIP users from competing overseas platforms. This fully remote position focuses on expanding our user base through strategic outreach, relationship building, and data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and contact high‑value VIP users on rival overseas platforms.
• Encourage qualified users to join our platform using compliant communication methods.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with high‑intent users to boost conversion and retention.
• Track recruitment progress, prepare regular acquisition and conversion reports.
• Continuously optimise outreach scripts and acquisition tactics in line with operational strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for full‑cycle communication with overseas users.
• Extensive experience in business development, user acquisition, growth or overseas operations.
• Preferable background in recruiting users from social, audio or live‑streaming platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of working under pressure with high self‑motivation.
• Reliable remote work setup with clear goal orientation and strong execution.
• Understanding of overseas user behaviour and respect for diverse cultures and communication styles.
