Buyer – Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Buyer will manage the full procurement cycle, ensuring that the organization obtains the right goods and services at the best possible price and quality. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of commodities.
• Review supplier proposals, negotiate prices, and select the most suitable vendors.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost‑effective solutions.
• Modify terms and conditions of purchase agreements as needed.
• Track placed orders, verify deliveries, and approve payments.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
