Capacity Fulfillment Project Manager

About the role

The Capacity Fulfillment Project Manager will lead cross‑functional initiatives to ensure capital equipment is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards for the Gas Value Stream. This position works closely with Materials Management, Sourcing, Global Supply Chain, Installation, and Engineering teams, providing broad exposure to the end‑to‑end capital equipment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project management activities that support on‑time delivery of capital projects across the Gas Value Stream.
• Coordinate business case approval, technical specification creation, RFQ issuance, and purchase order management.
• Maintain and update Smartsheet schedules, integrating sourcing, procurement, installation, and qualification milestones.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and roadmap sessions to accelerate capacity ramp‑up.
• Identify and implement cost‑out opportunities and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global shop support teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, including production supervision.
• Proven leadership in continuous‑improvement environments.
• Strong teamwork, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to quality.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet (project scheduling software).
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools or concepts (a plus).
