Change Management Consultant – Mexico City

About the role

Prosci LATAM is seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead strategic transformation initiatives for clients across technology, culture, and organizational restructuring. You will act as the methodological reference for the practice and mentor junior team members throughout project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end change management projects for diverse industries and regions.
• Design and implement comprehensive change strategies covering communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management and sustainment.
• Facilitate executive committee sessions, sponsor meetings and leadership workshops.
• Ensure methodological quality and alignment with business strategy.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation solutions and drive lessons‑learned and continuous improvement activities.
• Promote alignment between business strategy and execution across all project phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience leading change management projects.
• Proven ability to facilitate executive sessions with senior leaders.
• Prosci certification (highly desirable).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong consultative leadership, strategic thinking and risk‑management capabilities.
