Channel Manager – Pharmacy

About the role

OMRON Healthcare is seeking a Channel Manager for Pharmacy to lead the strategy and performance of its pharmacy channel in Mexico. You will own the full P&L, build strong relationships with key pharmacy accounts, and drive sustainable growth across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategy to increase sales, market share and profitability.
• Own net sales, gross margin, trade investment and ROI for the pharmacy channel.
• Manage and expand relationships with major pharmacy chains and commercial agreements.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning and healthy inventory levels.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Track KPIs, deliver business reviews and implement action plans.
• Coach and strengthen the commercial capabilities of the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in channel management, key account or sales roles.
• Strong background in pharmacy, OTC, consumer health or FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with pharmacy chains.
• High financial acumen with pricing, margin and ROI expertise.
