About the role
The Central Clinic for Women is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the day‑shift team. This full‑time position involves direct patient care, supporting physicians, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and minor surgical procedures.
- Assist physicians during procedures and minor surgeries.
- Perform a variety of diagnostic tests and provide patient education.
- Maintain clinical equipment and ensure it is ready for use.
- Act as liaison between the physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, other physician offices, and patients.
- Support other medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
Required profile
- Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or multi‑state license that includes Arkansas).
- Valid CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required for lab work).
- Previous clinical experience preferred.

What we offer
- Day shift schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- 80 hours authorized bi‑weekly (full‑time).
