About the role

The Central Clinic for Women is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the day‑shift team. This full‑time position involves direct patient care, supporting physicians, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare patients for examinations and minor surgical procedures.
Assist physicians during procedures and minor surgeries.
Perform a variety of diagnostic tests and provide patient education.
Maintain clinical equipment and ensure it is ready for use.
Act as liaison between the physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, other physician offices, and patients.
Support other medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.

Required profile

Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas or multi‑state license that includes Arkansas).
Valid CPR certification.
High school diploma or GED equivalent (required for lab work).
Previous clinical experience preferred.

What we offer

Day shift schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
80 hours authorized bi‑weekly (full‑time).
