About the role

We are looking for a Clinic Office Representative to join our medical research center. The role involves providing front‑desk support, ensuring smooth patient flow and delivering excellent customer service in a busy clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet patients, verify their information and check them in.
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
Maintain and file patient records accurately.
Process check‑outs, collect payments and issue receipts.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in a clinic or medical office preferred.
Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
Ability to type at least 35‑40 words per minute.

Required skills

Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record keeping.

What we offer

Full‑time day shift, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
Bi‑weekly authorized hours totaling 80 hours.
