Clinic Office Representative

About the role
We are looking for a Clinic Office Representative to join our medical research center. The role involves providing front‑desk support, ensuring smooth patient flow and delivering excellent customer service in a busy clinic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, verify their information and check them in.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Maintain and file patient records accurately.
- Process check‑outs, collect payments and issue receipts.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical office preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to type at least 35‑40 words per minute.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record keeping.
What we offer
- Full‑time day shift, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
- Bi‑weekly authorized hours totaling 80 hours.
