Cloud Network DevOps Engineer – Firewall Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Network DevOps Engineer who will design, implement and automate secure firewall solutions across Azure, AWS and GCP environments. The role combines deep firewall expertise with hands‑on automation to improve scalability, security and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and manage firewall solutions (Palo Alto, Fortinet or cloud‑native firewalls) in production‑grade multi‑cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell or Bash.
• Integrate firewall and network security workflows into CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot firewall, networking and connectivity issues across Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Collaborate with cloud, security and DevOps teams to deliver automated, secure infrastructure.
• Document automation processes, configurations and troubleshooting steps for reuse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) in a networking/security or DevOps capacity.
• Proven expertise with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet or cloud‑native equivalents).
• Strong understanding of core cloud services (compute, networking, IAM, storage) and ability to explain them.
• Demonstrated experience building automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
