CNC Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and performance of our electro‑mechanical manufacturing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding CNC machines to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on non‑functioning CNC equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and re‑assemble machines according to layout plans, blueprints, manuals, or sketches.
• Use test and diagnostic tools to conduct equipment check‑outs and verify functionality.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required and carry out modifications directed by manufacturing engineers.
• Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and improvement initiatives.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures for complex assignments and may lead a team or serve as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge in specialized CNC maintenance functions.
• Ability to exercise judgement and initiative on complex tasks.
• Minimum of 7 + years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Capability to work independently and, when needed, guide or lead other technicians.
