Commercial Functions Director

About the role

The Commercial Functions Director leads the Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Information Systems and Human Resources functions for a Bosch manufacturing site. Reporting as the senior commercial plant leader, the role coordinates with regional and global business leaders and works closely with operations, engineering, sales and project management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and integrate finance, controlling, logistics, IT and HR activities across the site.
• Collaborate with functional areas such as operations, engineering, sales and project management to align commercial functions with business objectives.
• Participate in strategic discussions and influence major business decisions.
• Plan, coordinate and allocate resources—including people and equipment—to meet short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Lead and develop leaders from diverse disciplines, ensuring effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience in finance, logistics or HR within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and Bosch’s production system.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives.
