About the role

The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience for shoppers both online and in‑store.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer contacts via telephone, email, and chat, identifying concerns and providing prompt solutions.
Follow up on interactions with internal teams, external vendors, and third‑party services.
Record all customer interactions and transactions in the ticketing system.
Attend trainings, meetings, and mentoring sessions to keep knowledge up‑to‑date.
Create performance reports and mentor newly trained agents.
Process orders, rebates, complaints, and take payments for store or website purchases.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.); specialized or vocational courses are a plus.
1–2 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual ability is advantageous.
Self‑directed and able to work independently.
