About the role
The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience for shoppers both online and in‑store.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer contacts via telephone, email, and chat, identifying concerns and providing prompt solutions.
- Follow up on interactions with internal teams, external vendors, and third‑party services.
- Record all customer interactions and transactions in the ticketing system.
- Attend trainings, meetings, and mentoring sessions to keep knowledge up‑to‑date.
- Create performance reports and mentor newly trained agents.
- Process orders, rebates, complaints, and take payments for store or website purchases.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.); specialized or vocational courses are a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual ability is advantageous.
- Self‑directed and able to work independently.
