About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our luxury jewelry and watch retail team in Aguascalientes. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and delivering a premium experience that reflects our brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and other channels promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and following up on open cases.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Represent the brand with a courteous and polished demeanor during all client interactions.
Travel when required, using a valid visa and passport.

Required profile

Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Proven experience in customer support or service, preferably in luxury retail.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Ability to build positive relationships and maintain a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

Experience with a customer service CRM system (preferred).
