Customer Service Expert – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our luxury jewelry and watch retail team in Aguascalientes. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and delivering a premium experience that reflects our brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and following up on open cases.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Represent the brand with a courteous and polished demeanor during all client interactions.
• Travel when required, using a valid visa and passport.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Proven experience in customer support or service, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships and maintain a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with a customer service CRM system (preferred).
