Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary link between our clients and internal teams. You will ensure smooth communication, accurate order handling, and a positive experience for customers across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely responses.
• Process orders, returns, and adjustments with precision.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance to deliver seamless service.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
