Dealer Network Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Dealer Network Construction Supervisor ensures that new and renovated dealership facilities across Mexico are built, refurbished, and branded in line with approved layouts, brand image standards, and operational readiness timelines. The role works closely with dealers, contractors, image suppliers, internal teams, and management to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and support timely openings.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress of new dealerships and remodeling projects, tracking milestones such as showroom completion, workshop fit‑out, façade installation, signage, furniture, and equipment delivery.
• Identify schedule deviations, develop recovery plans with dealers and contractors, and provide regular status updates to development management.
• Verify that all facilities comply with brand image and corporate identity guidelines, reviewing façades, signage, totems, showroom layouts, customer areas, lighting, flooring, and workshop specifications.
• Coordinate information flow among dealers, architects, builders, image suppliers, and internal departments to ensure all parties have approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Maintain construction tracking files, update schedules, and document compliance evidence for each dealership project.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project monitoring, coordination, or supervision, preferably within a dealer or retail network.
• Strong understanding of brand image implementation and ability to enforce corporate standards.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders, including dealers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to identify risks, propose corrective actions, and keep projects on track.
