About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Back‑End Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance REST and GraphQL services while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy backend APIs using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Implement RESTful and GraphQL services, ensuring scalability and security.
• Participate in system design, integration planning, and architecture reviews.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of end‑user experience and productivity.
• Collaborate on troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and incident resolution.
• Apply cloud‑native principles using AWS and support CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of computer‑science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
• Experience with the full technology stack, including frontend, backend, data engineering, DevOps, and support.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
• Proactive learning mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
