DevOps Consultant – CI/CD & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps Consultant to design, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development teams across LATAM and India to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Define and enforce Git branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk‑based development) and manage repositories on GitHub or GitLab.
• Administer artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus, ensuring integrity and traceability.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash or Groovy and apply Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or ELK.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in DevOps, CI/CD or release engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Jenkins (Pipeline as Code) and GitHub Actions.
• Proven expertise in Git, advanced branching models and repository management.
• Experience with artifact management solutions (Artifactory or Nexus).
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.
