DevOps Engineer – RPA Platform Deployment

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a market‑leading RPA platform provider for contact centers. You will own the deployment, automation and infrastructure operations of a highly‑scalable hosted solution, ensuring smooth releases across development, testing and production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, Ansible and related tools.
• Support product releases, hot‑fixes and service‑pack deployments across all environments.
• Improve deployment processes to increase efficiency, scalability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and logging solutions (Grafana, ELK) to ensure system health.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps, development, QA and operations teams to troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Document deployment procedures, best practices and knowledge‑sharing materials.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role focused on deployment automation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in distributed cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
