About the role
We are seeking a Director of Finance to shape the financial strategy of a premier luxury resort in Los Cabos. The role reports to executive leadership and partners closely with operations to drive performance and ensure compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement cost‑optimization and profitability initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations and senior executives to align financial goals with business strategy.
- Ensure adherence to corporate financial standards and policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior finance position within luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of improving financial performance.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
