About the role

We are seeking a Director of Finance to shape the financial strategy of a premier luxury resort in Los Cabos. The role reports to executive leadership and partners closely with operations to drive performance and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Oversee financial reporting, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement cost‑optimization and profitability initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations and senior executives to align financial goals with business strategy.
Ensure adherence to corporate financial standards and policies.

Required profile

Proven experience in a senior finance position within luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting frameworks and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated track record of improving financial performance.
Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on leadership.
Advanced proficiency in English.
