About the role
The Director of Recruiting will lead the talent acquisition function for a specific segment of the organization, shaping strategy and execution to attract top talent. This senior role partners closely with business leaders to align hiring initiatives with company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing coaching, development and mentorship.
- Partner with business clients to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed recruiting metrics such as volume, quality and cost.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned business units.
- Drive program management initiatives and act as data lead on cross‑functional projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of corporate full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience, including research and sourcing.
- At least 8 years of client management experience within a recruiting environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex client groups.
