Director of Revenue Management

About the role

Viceroy Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy for its Los Cabos property. The role oversees a portfolio of hotels, driving RevPAR growth through strategic pricing, inventory control, and market analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term revenue management strategies to increase RevPAR and market share.
• Set daily room pricing and inventory levels across all market segments.
• Monitor competitor rates, market dynamics, and local demand generators; present actionable plans to senior management.
• Analyze transient and group market potential, including ancillary revenue sources such as golf, spa, and catering.
• Provide guidance and oversight to property‑level revenue teams.
• Forecast occupancy, revenue, and demand using macro‑ and micro‑economic indicators.
• Communicate occupancy trends to operational departments to optimize staffing and efficiency.
