About the role
The End User Computing (EUC) Support Analyst provides fast, reliable technical assistance to Paylocity employees. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and support audio‑visual equipment for both on‑site and off‑site events.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of issues and drive them to full resolution, learning from each case.
- Escalate when necessary while maintaining responsibility for the ticket.
- Communicate complete resolutions to users during incidents.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical tickets.
- Plan and organize work, handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Meet deadlines and help the team achieve defined SLAs.
- Deliver an exceptional end‑user experience.
- Collaborate with the escalation team to solve technical problems.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate technical support.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
