Enterprise Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Director

About the role

We are looking for an elite leader to design, scale and protect our cloud and operational technology environments across Mexico City and Monterrey. The role is critical for safeguarding our supply‑chain data streams and manufacturing floor systems against ransomware and other cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and continuously improve cloud infrastructure supporting integrated supply‑chain data.
• Design and implement security controls for operational technology (OT) systems on manufacturing floors.
• Lead localized cybersecurity defense frameworks while ensuring alignment with international data‑security standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate technical risks into clear, actionable strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior technical leadership experience in high‑risk environments such as logistics, FinTech or advanced manufacturing.
• Recognized industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, cloud architecture certifications).
• Strong communication skills to convey complex security concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
