Executive Recruiter – French Speaker

About the role

As an Executive Recruiter fluent in French, you will work closely with the Project Management team to drive respondent engagement and recruit new profile types for our healthcare research programs. Your efforts will directly support both qualitative and quantitative studies by connecting the right healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders with our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts for studies, ensuring timely and high‑quality respondent participation.
• Identify, screen, and select suitable respondents (e.g., physicians, patients, caregivers) based on study criteria.
• Schedule interviews and surveys, and manage all respondent communications throughout the research process.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and participation using internal databases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for respondents before, during, and after data collection to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet study timelines and respondent quotas.
• Track recruitment progress, report status, and flag potential issues or delays.
• Assist with processing respondent honoraria and ensure compliance with data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in market research, fieldwork coordination, or respondent recruitment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑service mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
