Finance Analyst - Plant A

About the role

This position supports financial analysis and reporting for a manufacturing plant, helping to drive cost optimisation, procurement strategy and operational efficiency. The analyst works closely with Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams to evaluate savings initiatives, analyse material variances and support make‑vs‑buy decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Track and verify financial performance of procurement and engineering savings initiatives, including inflation impacts.
• Prepare reports on purchase price variances and tariff impacts.
• Conduct strategic analyses such as make‑vs‑buy, make‑vs‑make and supplier sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain Excel models to consolidate financial data and present key findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data alignment and reporting consistency.
• Improve reporting processes, maintain analysis templates and support standardisation across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
