Finance Business Partner Manager

About the role

The Finance Business Partner Manager supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for North LAC. This FP&A leader provides accurate financial insights, partners with business stakeholders, and ensures disciplined execution of core FP&A processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis.
• Track P&L, explain variances and provide financial commentary.
• Deliver executive‑ready reporting and financial storytelling.
• Support commercial initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.
• Coordinate with Controllership, Tax and other finance teams to ensure alignment with regional and corporate processes.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid P&L, forecasting and variance analysis expertise.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment and translate data into clear insights.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused attitude with high attention to detail.
