Fine Dining Server – Japanese Restaurant

About the role

Join Zuma, a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, as a Server delivering professional, attentive service in a high‑end dining environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless, enjoyable, and reflective of Zuma’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, presenting each plate in an appealing manner.
• Anticipate guest needs, make menu recommendations, and respond to questions about ingredients and preparation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of tableware, glassware, and utensils, replacing items as needed.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth communication between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for culinary experiences, especially Japanese cuisine.
• Team‑player comfortable working in a large, dynamic team.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on creating memorable dining moments.
• Previous experience as a Server in a high‑end restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
