Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. You will work on modern web applications and backend services, taking ownership from design through deployment. The role offers a collaborative environment where you can influence architecture and deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications and services.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Python.
• Develop responsive web applications with Angular.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases and queries.
• Work with ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, etc.) to model data.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and other developers to deliver quality solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision‑making.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code and conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing applications.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in person.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

• Python development.
• ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
• Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Angular front‑end development.
• PostgreSQL database design and query optimisation.
• Git version control.
• Docker and containerisation (preferred).
• AWS cloud platform (preferred).
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred).
• Message queues / event‑driven architectures (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum development methodology.
